TERMS OF DELIVERY
Once you have confirmed the order of the products, the order enters the processing process.
Delivery deadline
Once you have received a confirmation of a created order, the order enters processing status. Once processed and confirmed it will be sent for delivery.
Delivery time is 5 working days. All orders made on Friday or weekend will be processed on the first following business day. The working hours of our online shop are from 8 am to 8 pm during the week and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Pick up shipments
Specialized courier services (external companies that deliver for us) deliver the shipments to the address for delivery with the following working hours, as follows: every working day from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. Please have a person in that period who will be able to receive the delivery. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package, so that there are no accidentally visible physical damages. If you notice any damage to the package or you suspect that the product may be damaged, the shipment should be rejected and at the same time you should notify us by +355 or by e-mail returns@thetrailstores.com. If everything is in order with the shipment without any damage, feel free to download it and sign the delivery note that the courier will deliver to you. Each shipment has a delivery note in two copies. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the designated address, you will need to contact us at the telephone contact you indicated when creating the order and make an agreement on a new delivery date for the order. If in that case he does not find you again at the indicated address, the order will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you to reach a conclusion and agree on resending.

PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
If after receiving the ordered product you decide that you want to replace it for another size or another product for the same or higher amount, please contact us at +355 or send us an e-mail at returns@thetrailstores.com . It is necessary to have the invoice / delivery number and tell us the product code and the size that suits you.
Then a physical check is performed in which retail facility the required size is available, ie the required product, after which you receive instructions and explanation of the process for replacement of the required size, ie replacement of the product for another.
The product must be undamaged and packaged in its original packaging with a label and invoice.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is in good condition and undamaged. If it is determined that the product was damaged due to the fault of the buyer, the replacement will be rejected and the product will be returned to the buyer at his expense.
Without prior communication and agreement with the operators in the Online Store, which is listed above, you can not make a replacement.
The ordered product cannot be changed if it is worn.
REPLACEMENT DEADLINE
The buyer can start the product replacement procedure no later than 15 days after receiving the product. Then, the deadline for changing the size of the product is 15 days from the moment of submitting a request by the buyer, upon receipt of the product.
Delivery costs
Product replacement costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer has received a defective or incorrect product.
